It is my son's 13th birthday on Thursday and he has been nagging me for sometime about eating Sushi. We are willing to give it a try. I have looked at your menu to try and work out whether we are going to like it or not. Is there a mixture of things we can have and what sort of costs are involved. Thank you.

Sushi Gardens reply: Hi, I'm sorry, I have just seen your message now and couldn't reply on time.
I hope you have already come and enjoyed your son's birthday!
Yes, we have some mixed dishes, or we can make it for you as well depends what your son wants.
I should have checked this earlier then I could have done something for him... It's a shame.. I'm sorry again. But we still have next year, don't we?

Happy belated birthday, son

I've just relocated to the area from California and your menu looks great!! I was just wondering however if it's possible to have rice paper instead of seaweed for the rolls, I just prefer it that way. But looking forward to some great food

Sushi Gardens reply: That's really good idea actually, wrapping it with rice paper! Umm~ Yummy~ But we realised we did not have any rice paper, I want to order it for you but the problem is, our supplier said we had to order minimum one box which would last forever as we don't use it.. Sorry.. but you will enjoy the rest bit, hope we can see you soon!

Hi Jisung.
We went to sushi garden recently and were told you have moved up to London to open a branch up there.
When will it be open? We would love to come and see you there.
Regards from Bill Ging Ben and Sue

Sushi Gardens reply: Hi!! It's really good to hear from you.
I e-mailed you to the address left here, please check!
Yes, I am in London to open another restaurant up here, but the exact opening date hasn't been fixed yet. It's been delayed so much
But don't worry I will of course let you know and invite you guys for the opening.
Please leave your address here or to the staff in Sushi Garden, or e-mail me to yomjisun@gmail.com

My daughter took me to your restaurant twice in one week over the summer! We both loved your food - so beautiful and so delicious! I had never tried Sushi before and your lovely staff were so kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend you to anyone visiting Brighton and look forward to visiting your London restaurant. Good luck to you and best wishes to your lovely Brighton staff!

Sushi Gardens reply: Was it your first Sushi then? I feel nearly honoured when customers say that! Thank you
We have some daughters and sons who drag their mums and dads(mum and dad usually don't have much experience about Sushi, do they? )
Leave your details(Name, D.O.B, address, e-mail, telephone No.) then we will send a £10 voucher for your birthday~!(yes, it's a tactic to hold whole your family as regualrs haha)
Hope to see you soon!
